Frans wasn't in today, he was in Italy on a business trip selecting some products and brands which can fine tune the collection for Fall 2013. I was welcomed by Menno with a hot coffee and a nice chat. The store is separated by a big red cabinet into two different rooms. At the entrance you feel the rough outdoors with collections like RRL, Pendleton blankets, Red Wing, Gitman Vintage,  & Howlin'. The other room has a yellow sofa as a great eye-catcher, here you find a Salvatore Picolo shirts, Boglioli, Alden, Tricker's just to name a few brands. Frans Boone is cherry picking in every collection, and create special editions as well. You may call it "Very Frans Boone"

UNIONMADE X HARRIS TWEED

Unionmade teamed up with a handful of their favorite brands, like Crescent Down Works, Gitman Vintage, Filson and Todd Snyder to make a special Harris Tweed collection. The full collection is available online and @ Unionmade San Francisco.

GITMAN VINTAGE NOT JUST A SHIRT

Gitman Vintage is known for their interesting designs, when it comes to all over prints. This Spring/Summer they present a variety of new ones, including an Union Jack Print, Tennis Racket print, Bandana Print, Rabbit Print, Hawaiian print and a preppy Nautical print. This season they don't just sell their famous shirts, but they also can stock you with shorts, pocket squares, bow ties and ties. (click here for a great selection)

Today I spent some hours at the Capsule Paris, this was my first visit and I was surprised by the great atmosphere, nice people, perfectly dressed, not to peacocky but just right. Nice selection of brands some well known, some with a heritage and some unknown and undiscovered. You could easily look through the collections with a sales guy hanging in your neck. I found some new brands (new for me) which I will introduce to you later. for now enjoy the pictures.
